Privacy and sharing

Your input stays on your device
Names, working hours, targets, absences and results are processed in your browser. Your draft is kept in local storage. No server schedule database or user account is created. “Clear saved data” removes the local draft; downloaded backups remain under your control.
A link holds a schedule copy
The viewing link includes names, services, assignments and any team name and dates. This information is encoded after the # sign. Encoding is not encryption: anyone with the link or QR code can view and forward it. There is no password or centralized revocation. Editing the draft does not update an old link. A validity notice does not remove access.
The part after # is not sent to the server during normal page loading. It can remain in browsing history, messages and screenshots. Prefer initials and avoid sensitive information. The viewer does not save the schedule to local storage and loads no advertising or analytics service.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider receives the information needed to serve web requests, including IP address and browser details. Relais does not control its technical logs. See Hostinger’s privacy policy.
QR codes are generated on your device without an external generator. Native sharing sends the link to the application you select. This version loads no advertising cookies, AdSense script or Google Analytics. Search Console data, when available, concerns search visibility and does not add a tracker to the tool.
Keep or delete copies
To move to a new device or web address, use “Save a backup”, then “Import”. To withdraw a shared copy, ask recipients to delete the link and poster; Relais cannot erase their messages or files.
